SUMMARECON VILLAGGIO OUTLETS

Jakarta, Indonesia | Opened 2023

Opened in October 2023, Summarecon Villaggio Outlets is Indonesia’s first authentic outlet shopping village. The center is located approximately 80 minutes east of downtown Jakarta via the Jakarta – Cikampek Elevated Toll Road, which connects Jakarta to Bandung and other major cities. Phase 1 of the 3-phase project offers over 100 outlet stores, including several restaurants, cafes and a food court with a wide array of local and international cuisines. The center is owned by Summarecon, one of Indonesia’s top players in real estate development and shopping center management.

THE OUTLETS SHONAN HIRATSUKA

Hiratsuka, Japan | Opened 2023

The Outlets Shonan Hiratsuka introduces visitors to a new, athleisure-oriented mall and family hub that enables customers to combine sport & outdoor activities with shopping. Owned by AEON Mall Co., Ltd., the project is designed as a 2-level, open-air shopping village and offers everyday savings from over 140 leading brands. The center is located within an hour drive from Tokyo and 40 minutes from Yokohama. It is connected to multiple interchanges, offering convenient access from several residential areas.

SKM Park introduces a unique lifestyle outlet shopping experience, with a collection of world-leading outlet brands, including Coach, Boss, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Max Mara, AllSaints, Brooks Brothers, Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Calvin Klein and more. Setting itself apart from traditional outlet shopping centers, SKM Park offers a wide array of dining options, exciting entertainment facilities, and convenient lifestyle services in a semi-outdoor shopping environment. The center is owned by Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, Taiwan’s largest department store conglomerate.

The Outlets Kitakyushu introduces everyday savings of 30-70% from leading international, fashion, and lifestyle brands. Designed as a single-level, open-air shopping village, the center offers 140 outlet shops, a wide array of restaurants and cafes, and a large-scale food court. Notable international brands include Coach, MSGM, Armani, Hugo Boss, Kate Spade, Bally, and more. To attract visitors of all ages, the center has entertainment facilities including a children’s science museum, children’s indoor amusement park, and much more. A pedestrian bridge connects the outlet center to AEON Mall Yahata Higashida, offering visitors a convenient, one-stop shopping destination.

Taipei, Taiwan | Opened 2015

Gloria Outlets, opened in 2015, is Taiwan’s first true outlet shopping center. Owned by Gloria Hotel Group, the center is located approximately 40 minutes from Taipei and offers over 165 upscale international fashion brands and well-known domestic labels including Gucci, Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tod’s, Hugo Boss, Valentino, Jimmy Choo, Coach, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren and more.

Opened in 2015, Nanjing East Outlets offers over 100 international and domestic fashion brands including Coach, Michael Kors, Armani, Brooks Brothers, Gap, Guess, Nike, Adidas and more. The project is owned by WB Outlet Developments, an international consortium based in Hong Kong.
