THE OUTLETS SHONAN HIRATSUKA introduces visitors to a new, athleisure-oriented mall and family hub designed as a 2-level, open-air shopping village. The project offers everyday savings from over 140 leading brands, and a large-scale Food Court and enable customers to combine sport & outdoor activities with shopping. The site is located within an hour drive from Tokyo and 40 minutes from Yokohama. It is connected to multiple interchanges, offering convenient access from several residential areas. The site is located 5 minutes from the Atsugi Interchange of the Tomei Expressway, which connects to the main roads in Kanagawa Prefecture.

The center is owned by Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, Taiwan’s largest department store conglomerate.

Designed as a single-level, open-air shopping village, the center offers 140 outlet shops, a wide array of restaurants and cafes, and a large-scale food court. The project is owned by WB Outlet Developments, an international consortium based in Hong Kong.
