Dan, a pioneer of the global outlet industry, began his career at Chelsea Property Group - the largest outlet developer in the world and now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Simon Property Group - in 1993, and managed the US leasing team prior to his relocation to Japan in 1999. ...[more]
Following the successful launch of Premium Outlets in Japan in 2000, Dan was promoted to Vice President and continued to lead Chelsea's international development strategy.
Dan's area of expertise includes new market entry strategies, site selection, master plan development, concept design coordination and management of all global retail brand relationships.
During the period from 1999 through 2008, Dan was instrumental in the development of seven outlet centers in Japan, one in Mexico and one in South Korea. He has collaborated with leading luxury retailers to develop brand outlet strategies in Asia and has been recognized globally for his accomplishments in the outlet industry.

Anjelica Manalo

Anjelica joined Chelsea in 2001 at its US headquarters, where she was responsible for the budgeting and financial analysis of existing and planned outlet projects. Relocating to Tokyo in 2004, Anjelica shifted focus to the development and operations of Premium Outlets internationally.
She relocated to Hong Kong in 2005 and was promoted as Director of International Analysis. Her responsibilities have included project site evaluation, development and operations budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial feasibility analysis of outlet opportunities throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
During her tenure at Chelsea, Anjelica was involved in the financial management of eight outlet centers in Japan and South Korea that generate over US$1.8 billion in annual sales revenue.

Eric Helstrom, AIA, LEED AP
Vice President, Architecture & Construction
Eric Helstrom, AIA, LEED AP joined The Outlet! Company to lead a talented team in the design and construction of world-class outlet centers. He brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, executive management, project management and architectural service. ...[more]
Eric began his career as a practicing architect in Los Angeles, and then joined a regional developer in Los Angeles where he was responsible for the design and construction of many shopping center types. Eric subsequently joined Chelsea Property Group where for 12 years he led the architecture and construction department that opened in excess of 7.5 million square feet of outlet space in 16 states, Japan, Korea and Mexico. His work includes some of the most successful outlet centers in the world including Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, NY; Desert Hills Premium Outlets, CA; Orlando Premium Outlets, FL; Gotemba Premium Outlets, Japan; and Yeoju Premium Outlets, Korea.
Eric is a licensed architect in California and New Jersey and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of the AIA, USGBC, and ICSC.

Robert has been responsible for all stages of the construction life cycle including project management, procurement, site management, subcontractor management, interface management and final handover.
